What we offer
Respond, Inc. is working diligently to reduce the number of abandoned, vacant properties in North Camden’s core and increase the number of decent, affordable rental units available to residents by renovating vacant rental units. To amplify the impact, Respond is concentrating on areas with limited vacancy. Completion of the project will further stabilize and strengthen the neighborhood.
Ongoing Improvement
Respond, Inc. continues to strategically identify houses for renovation that will continue to rehabilitate and redevelop the fabric of North Camden’s neighborhood, to transform transience into permanence by creating new homeownership opportunities, and to create opportunities for both affordable and market-rate housing, rentals and ownership units.
