THE APPLICANT AND STATE STREET HOUSING CORP AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING
THIS APPLICATION SHALL BE KEPT ON FILE FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE CITED
THE APPLICANT CANNOT TAKE POSESSION OF ANY RENTAL UNIT UNTIL AFTER THEY ARE APPROVED AND A SECURITY DEPOSIT EQUAL TO ONE AND ONE-HALF MONTHS HAS BEEN PAID.
THE FIRST MONTH’S RENT IS DUE IN FULL UPON THE SIGNING OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT. SHOULD THE APPLICANT DECIDE AT A LATE DATE TO NOT TAKE POSESSION OF SAID PROPERTY, ALL MONIES DEPOSITED AS ADVANCE RENT WILL BE FORFEITED.
APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION BY STATE STREET HOUSING CORPORATION DOES NOT IN ANY WAY OBLIGATE THE CORPORATION TO PROVIDE THE APPLICANT A RENTAL PROPERTY. APPROVAL IMPLIES THAT THE APPLICANT IS ELIGIBLE FOR RENTAL HOUSING WITH THE CORPORATION BASED ON A ROUTINE EVALUATION.
BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, THE APPLICANT AUTHORIZES THE CORPORATION TO CONDUCT A CREDIT INVESTIGATION.
